The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. The CRM will act as a bridge between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Responsible for supervising and guiding branch staff in handling customer inquiries, loan processing, and sales of financial products. A key aspect of the role involves monitoring loan disbursement, repayments, and maintaining portfolio quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and risk management protocols.
