Before joining our institution, he had served as Head of International Banking in Federal Bank, Head of Treasury and IBD in South Indian Bank (Senior General Manager) and Esaf Small Finance Bank (Sr.Vice President)

He was also with ESAF Bank as Assistant Vice President looking after credit portfolio and vigilance. Mr Jagadeeswaran has an M.Com in Management Accounting and an MBA in Banking & Finance. He also possesses CAIIB Certification from the Indian Institute of Bankers

He is also well versed and trained in managing large revenues (up to USD 250M), leading substantial teams, and implementing cost containment strategies that boost bottom-line growth, analysing business operations, formulating, need-based strategies, strategic financial planning, and implementing MIS tools to any role. 
His accomplishments span successful acquisitions, IPOs, fundraising, and systems implementation.

His last position with CSB was AGM-Bancassurance & Third Party Products Distribution. Specialist in Insurance Compliance and he possesses certification of CAIIB and IRDAI SP. He was also a National Level table tennis player.

He has held key leadership roles, including 10 years as a Manager at Leasing Finance Limited, 7 years as Senior Manager at IMG Vysa Bank, 3 years as Chief Manager at Dhanalakshmi Bank, and Assistant Vice President roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Muthoot Finance, and ESAF Small Finance Bank.
