Oleevia Grameen Credits Private Limited (OGCL) is a state-of-the-art new age Non-Banking Finance Company that is committed to providing affordable credit lines to Tribals, Farmers, and Small & Medium Business classes, thereby enabling them to be self-sufficient in their activities. The company is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct in all its business dealings, as mandated by the Companies Act, 2013 and RBI regulations. This Code of Conduct sets out the guiding principles that the Company expects all its employees to follow, to ensure that OGCL's reputation for integrity and fairness is upheld at all times.

This Code of Conduct is applicable to all employees of OGCL, including the Board of Directors, senior management, and all other employees of the company. The Code applies to all aspects of the company's operations, including its dealings with customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

This Code of Conduct has been approved by the Board of Directors of OGCL and is effective immediately. All employees are expected to read and understand the Code and comply with its provisions. Any questions or concerns regarding the Code of Conduct should be directed to the HR department of OGCL.
